I'm on a Winning Streak!

I NEVER win anything!

So you can imagine my surprise when a few weeks ago I won a free SIGNED copy of the new Five for Fighting CD from Jamie @ I'm a Money Magnet's blog giveaway! I thought for sure that would be the extent of my luck for the next 30 years!

Much to my surprise, I couldn't sleep last night, I was just searching the web and entering my daily search to gain a chance to win the Superprize from Publisher's Clearing House on their website, when BAM! I was an instant winner! It's much like Izaroo, or other search and win sites, only your daily searches enter you in a chance to win sweepstakes, etc. Find out more here.

I won 1 of only 20, yes 20 $25 instant win giftcards, I had a choice between a $25 Starbuck's gift card or $25 in cash, I chose the cash option because there are no Starbucks in the area. The odds in winning were something like 1 in 30,000 - so it's not insanely rare- but how cool- no offers to sign up for, no cancellations to make later, all I did was try to search the internet!

After an instant win like mine you have 30 minutes to claim your prize, I had the claim form filled out within 30 seconds (it had a clock ticking on the screen) - and I had just wandered over to do one search, so I made $25 for literally less than ONE MINUTE of my time!
It made my day, and my faith in winning has been restored!
