Sign up for a free trial membership with Live Well here and you'll get a membership confirmation e-mail within 2-3 days, then they will send you another e-mail within 3-5 business days to fill out a form and claim your $20 Target gift card. I've waited to cancel my subscription until after I receive my gift cards, but I know several people who cancel right after receiving the claim form for the gift cards.
